What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a non-invasive touch therapy and it is based on the principle that points and areas (known as reflexes) on the feet and lower leg correspond to internal organs and other physical structures.

Reflexology is a therapy that can be received by anyone at any age, from babies to the elderly. It is very safe, although for certain health conditions treatment will be applied with caution or may not be considered suitable until more stable health is attained.

This treatment begins with general relaxation techniques, followed by precise thumb and finger walking techniques and circular pressure to stimulate all reflex points and areas on the sole and top of the foot and lower leg. Reflexes out of balance are revisited.
